At Tarami, we don't believe in jewelry that you have to save for "special occasions." We believe your jewelry should be able to keep up with your life—whether that’s a session at the gym, a dip in the pool, or a long day at work.

The 365-Day Color Warranty

"If it fades, we replace it."

We use premium 316L Stainless Steel with advanced PVD Gold Plating—a vacuum coating process that is up to 10x more durable than traditional gold plating. We are so confident in our plating that we offer a full 1-year warranty on the color of your jewelry.

What is covered?

  • Significant fading or discoloration of the gold plating within 365 days of purchase.

  • If your piece loses its gold tone under normal wear, we will replace it for free.

Note: If the exact item is out of stock, we will offer you a store credit of equivalent value.

The Fine Print (Fair Use)

 

We built this jewelry to be tough, but it’s not indestructible. Our warranty does not cover:

  • Lost or Stolen items.

  • Accidental Breakage: Snapped chains or bent rings due to rough handling or pulling.

  • Scratches: Surface scratches are a normal part of wearing metal jewelry daily and are not considered a defect.

  • Harsh Chemical Exposure: Damage caused by exposure to harsh cleaning chemicals (like bleach), thermal springs, or direct application of strong perfumes/colognes.

  • Pearls, locks/closures, stones falling off, discoloration, or polish appearing different (e.g., an unusual yellow tone)
  • Any product that appears intentionally tampered with.

How to Care for Your Pieces

While our jewelry is "Life-Proof," a little love keeps it looking brand new forever.

  1. The "Last On, First Off" Rule: Apply your lotions and perfumes before putting on your jewelry to maintain maximum shine.

  2. Clean Gently: If your piece gets dirty, simply rinse it with warm water and mild soap. Dry it completely with a soft cloth.

  3. Storage: Store your pieces in the Tarami pouch or box when not in use to prevent surface scratches from other items.

How to Make a Claim

If you face any issues, we want to fix it.

  1. Email us at hello@mytarami.com with your Order ID.

  2. Attach a clear photo of the issue.

  3. Our team will inspect the photo and process your replacement or store credit within 48-72 hours.
